Ancient Greek used four words to refer to love, "Filia" was one of them. We chose it for our Negroamaro Rosé Salento IGT. On the label there is the profile of the child for which all this originated.
In the glass can be perceived the characteristics of the red and porous soil on which the grape grows.

Vasù
Our white tends to excellence declining the Fiano. Vinification develops in concrete tanks that allows the wine to breathe without changing its characteristics.
The aroma is complex, while the mouthfeel is voluminous and fresh.

Otto Noi
Otto Noi is a structured wine that unfolds on the nose with hints of wild berries, blueberry, jam, and sour cherry under spirit. In the glass, tertiary aromas of spices, vanilla, leather, and tobacco then emerge.
It's a vigorous, expansive wine with an extraordinary ability to evolve over time, enriching the bouquet with characteristic tertiary notes from the terroir of the Salice Salentino area. It pairs well with red meat dishes, aged, and spicy cheeses
